Bought a fauly car, refused to refund me well within 30days (the issue was reported within less then a week) they then had the car for 2 weeks whilst they "fixed" it. (this is after 3 weeks of being messed around to get me out of the 30days right to reject. i picked the car back up and within 42 miles the issue made itself present again. they picked the car up again, and on the bank holiday monday was told (have proof) that there is clearly an issue, they can hear it etc and it will be having the engine stripped to find the cause of the issue on tuesday (being a bank holiday) tuesday i spoke with citizens advice who told me i have a final right to reject as they have tried to fix the issue and failed to do so. so tuesday i rejected the car by email for proof to which they then tried to state there was no issue with the car ( i assume it magically fixed itself over night ) since then it has been 5+ weeks of waiting for AA to do there "dispute resolution" but i dont hold out much hope.
